The annual SAVON-RADAN päivä is planned on October 1st 2016.
The event will take place at the railway stations Haukivuori, Kalvitsa, Hiirola, Mikkeli and Otava.
At each station different activities are planned and during the day the museum train will stop on these stations.

Short impression of the programs

Haukivuori:
organic market
presentation jewelry art at the station
open doors of a part of the railway station
coffee and snacks
Finnish H0-scale models on display, presented by award winning model builder John Lindroth!

Kalvitsa:
historical railway technology inside and outside
performance of the old way of railway building
coffee and snacks
music program with accordion player Veikko Ahvenainen
Mikkelin Mobilistit

Hiirola:
open doors of a part of the railway station
art gallery with exhibition of art works by by children of Rämälä school
arts and craft fair in the yard
coffee and snacks
wool factory Pirtin Kehräämö

Mikkeli:
open doors Mannerheim wagon

Otava:
arts , crafts and design presentations
coffee and snacks in the previous waiting room

Old-timer cars will drive from from station to station.
